Creamy Lemon Mushrooms

Ingredients
Juice from 2 Paramount Citrus lemons
1 lb. cremini mushrooms, sliced
1 green pepper, finely diced
1 onion, finely diced
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
• Juice two lemons with a citrus reamer or juicer; set aside.
• In a medium pan sauté onions and peppers with olive oil or butter.
• Add mushroom and fresh lemon juice.
• Add cream and stir well.
• Add salt and pepper to taste.
• Cook for 6-10 minutes.
• Sprinkle with rosemary and serve.
